Semi-Private Training

Our semi-private training is designed for individuals who want a fully personalized training experience but don’t mind training alongside others. Whether you’re brand new to strength training or an experienced athlete looking to level up, you’ll follow your own individualized program built specifically around your goals, schedule, experience, and training history.

Each session is led by our experienced coaching team, who coach you through your personal program with hands-on instruction, form corrections, and ongoing support to ensure you’re training safely and effectively. With a maximum of two athletes per hour, you get the structure and attention of personal training with the added motivation of training alongside a partner. Bring your own workout buddy or sign up solo (no partner required for sign up).

$70 per Session (50 minutes) or $600 per 10 Sessions or $665 per Month for Unlimited Sessions (50 minutes each)

Open Gym

Open Gym at Rockbridge Barbell gives you the freedom to train on your own schedule with 24-hour access to our facility. This option is perfect for anyone who enjoys independent training and wants unlimited use of a professional gym space without structured classes or coaching.

You’ll have access to a wide variety of high-end training equipment, including strength, conditioning, and functional training tools to support everything from general fitness to advanced lifting. Whether you’re following your own program or just want a place to move, our space is built to support quality training.

Open Gym sessions are scheduled to ensure access and availability to our facility and equipment, giving you the flexibility to train when it works best for you. Newcomers are always welcome, and no prior group or personal training is required to use the gym.

$50 per month w/ optional +$30 for an Additional Family Member

RB Online

Online coaching gives you the structure and support of Rockbridge Barbell from anywhere. This fully virtual service is designed for people who want professional guidance, accountability, and a clear plan, without needing to train in the gym.

You’ll receive a personalized training program built around your goals, experience, schedule, and available equipment, along with ongoing coach support, progress tracking, and regular program updates. Online coaching also includes guidance around habits, recovery, and nutrition to support long-term results.

Whether you’re training at home, traveling, or live outside the area, RB Online Coaching provides a flexible way to train with intention and consistency.

$60 per Weekly Check-In (1 Month Commitment Required)

Group Training

Our group training program delivers structured, total-body workouts, expert coaching, and the motivation of training in a small group environment. This service is ideal for anyone who wants consistency, professional guidance, and a supportive community.

Classes follow a progressive training model with three different total-body workout days each week. These workouts stay consistent throughout the month so you can build skill, increase strength, and track real progress by recording your weights and performance.

Every class is fully coach-led and modified to your individual level, whether you’re brand new to training or more experienced. Our coaching team provides form corrections, movement guidance, and accountability to help you train safely and effectively. Classes are capped at six people, ensuring quality coaching, personal attention, and a high-energy small group experience.

1-on-1 Personal Training

Get fully individualized programming and one-on-one coaching designed around your goals, experience level, and schedule. Personal training at Rockbridge Barbell provides attentive and coaching, structured progression, and accountability to help you build strength, improve fitness, and train with confidence.

Every session follows a customized program built specifically for you, ensuring your training supports both short-term wins and long-term results.

$80 per Session (50 minutes) or $292 per 4 Sessions or $552 per 8 Sessions or $780 per 12 Sessions (50 minutes each)

Some of Our Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellation Policy:

If a client cancels a scheduled session more than 24 hours in advance of the session, they will be entitled to a voucher for the service that was originally purchased. If a client cancels a scheduled session less than 24 hours in advance of the session, they will not be entitled to a voucher and will not receive a refund for such cancelled session.

2. Late Policy:

Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously agreed upon between the client and the staff of Rockbridge Barbell, LLC.

3. Usage Policy:

All usage is limited to one session, per day, per person, unless approved by the staff of Rockbridge Barbell.

4. Package/Subscription Purchases:

Package purchases are only valid during their specified period. No sessions will roll over. Package usage limited to the purchaser.

5. Service Privilege Reduction/Elimination:

Service privileges can be reduced or eliminated at any time if deemed necessary by staff to retain a safe, clean, and operational gym environment.

6. 24/7 Door Access:

24/7 Door Access will be limited to the 30 minute sign up window. User will be unable to unlock the door outside of the sign up window. 24/7 Gym Access is limited to individuals 18 years of age and older. Users under the age of 18 may access the gym during staffed hours with a signed parent waiver.
