Semi-Private Personal Training

Beginner and expert athletes alike are invited to take advantage of Rockbridge Barbell’s expertise with custom programming and coaching to fit your needs. Work with our team to reach your goals! Max 2 people per hour.

$70 per Session (50 minutes) or $600 per 10 Sessions or $665 per Month for Unlimited Sessions (50 minutes each)

Open Gym

Take full advantage of our facilities without structured programming or coaching. Newcomers welcome! Prior group/personal training is not required to use the gym.

$50 per 31 Sessions (1.5 hour each)

RB Online

Work with RB anytime, anywhere with our entirely virtual RB Online Training. Get training programs, advice, nutritional counseling, and other related services to crush your fitness goals!

$60 per Weekly Check-In (1 Month Commitment Required)

Group Training

Programming and coaching designed for small groups. Join our crew and enjoy a workout with up to 5 others (6 total).

$25 per Session (50 minutes) or $200 per 10 Sessions or $225 per Month Unlimited Sessions (50 minutes each)

1-on-1 Training

1-on-1 customized programing and training with Brady Ward. Benefit from RB’s years of experience working with MLB, MLS, and NCAA D1 athletes and crush your fitness goals!

Some of Our Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellation Policy:

If a client cancels a scheduled session more than 24 hours in advance of the session, they will be entitled to a voucher for the service that was originally purchased. If a client cancels a scheduled session less than 24 hours in advance of the session, they will not be entitled to a voucher and will not receive a refund for such cancelled session.

2. Late Policy:

Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously agreed upon between the client and the staff of Rockbridge Barbell, LLC.

3. Usage Policy:

All usage is limited to one session, per day, per person, unless approved by the staff of Rockbridge Barbell.

4. Package/Subscription Purchases:

Package purchases are only valid during their specified period. No sessions will roll over. Package usage limited to the purchaser.

5. Service Privilege Reduction/Elimination:

Service privileges can be reduced or eliminated at any time if deemed necessary by staff to retain a safe, clean, and operational gym environment.

6. 24/7 Door Access:

24/7 Door Access will be limited to the 30 minute sign up window. User will be unable to unlock the door outside of the sign up window. 24/7 Gym Access is limited to individuals 18 years of age and older. Users under the age of 18 may access the gym during staffed hours with a signed parent waiver.
